DCAA recently announced the winners of the administrative support annual awards. Awardees accomplish major contributions to DCAA's mission, exemplify DCAA values and demonstrate outstanding expertise in their field.

Jasper Ancrum awarded Professional Support Staff Employee of the Year

Mr. Jasper Ancrum is DCAA's Professional Support Staff Employee for his consistent dedication, professionalism and initiative to improve efficiency and contribute to DCAA's mission. Not only did Ancrum balance an increased workload, but he also successfully distributed over 2,900 audit reports, memorandums and notification letters. While balancing the increased workload, Ancrum helped other offices who did not have Professional Support Staff. On the technical side, he supported the file migration process and helped timely evaluate, manage and properly archive all the office's electronic files as they moved to SharePoint Online.

Teresa McRae awarded PSS Supervisor of the Year

Ms. Teresa McRae was awarded DCAA's Professional Support Staff Supervisor of the Year for her diligence, excellence and dedication to improvement. Focusing on collaboration, McRae coordinated with managers and technical specialists to successfully support file migration and other technical projects. Thanks to her excellent teamwork and knowledge, she helped identify workload shifts to better suit the strengths of the office staffing levels. McRae consistently shares her knowledge and goes out of her way to assist people and extends her work to support nearby offices.
