Community Development Update - August & September 2025
Four projects were brought before the City Council for review during the August and September 2025 meetings:

The Council approved a rezoning request for the Aequitas Tucson Development, located south of Tucson Street just west of Elm Place.

Another rezoning request was approved for Harvest Church, located at the northwest corner of New Orleans Street and Lynn Lane.

A conditional final plat was approved for the Arrow Forge Innovation District, located on the south side of Florence Street between Olive and Aspen Avenues.
- Another conditional final plat was approved for Tiger Crossing, located at the northwest corner of Albany Street and County Line Road.
