On April 1, 2025, Upland Software, Inc. (the "Company") eliminated the Chief Sales Officer ("CSO") position and terminated Oliver Yates, the Company's CSO, without cause, effective immediately. Mr. Yates will receive severance under his Executive Employment Agreement, dated January 9, 2023. His departure is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, including any matters relating to accounting or financial reporting.
