Rockefeller & Matan Celebrate Official Completion of Buildings 1 & 2 at Port 460, Vertical Construction of 1M SF Building 3

Matan Companies, Rockefeller Group, and more than 75 attendees celebrated the official completion of Buildings 1 and 2, as well as the beginning of vertical construction of Building 3 at Port 460 (https://www.port460.com) in Suffolk, Virginia this week.

Matan's Vincent Burke MC'd the event and City of Suffolk Mayor Mike Duman, The Port of Virginia CEO and Executive Director Sarah McCoy, and Rockefeller Group's Nick Salameda delivered remarks.

"I stand here today almost four years to the day since we approved this project and I've had the privilege of watching this project from the beginning and it's amazing transformation into what we see here today… two amazing, completed buildings with construction activity being done throughout the property on the remaining buildings these companies have planned." --- Mayor Duman
