Gillibrand Statement On Horrific Jobs Report

Today, U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) released the following statement after February jobs numbers showed that the U.S. economy lost 92,000 jobs in February and the unemployment rate rose to 4.4%:

"Today's jobs report underscores the complete wreckage of Trump and Republicans' agenda. Their failed policies have led to job losses, higher prices, and a weaker economy - while working-class Americans continue to pay the price. As Republicans rubber stamp an agenda that makes Americans' lives worse, Democrats will continue to fight to lower costs like groceries and gas, expand access to affordable health care, and put working families first."
