Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 30, 2029. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $48,755,451 hybrid (cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and firm-fixed-price) contract for General Electronic Test Station equipment, hardware, software, upgrades and spare parts. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2029. Fiscal 2025 missile procurement; Army funds; and Foreign Military Sales (Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar and United Arab Emirates) funds in the amount of $14,428,635, were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY

Vigor Marine LLC, Portland, Oregon, was awarded a $55,881,631 firm-fixed-price contract action for maintenance, modernization, and repair of USS Gabrielle Giffords (LCS 10) Fiscal 2025 Docking Selected Restricted Availability. The scope of this acquisition includes all labor, supervision, equipment, production, testing, facilities, and quality assurance necessary to prepare for and accomplish the Chief of Naval Operations Availability for critical maintenance, modernization, and repair programs. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $65,987,455. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by May 2026. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $50,378,889 (90.2%); fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,050,339 (9.0%); and fiscal 2023 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $452,403 (0.8%), of which $5,050,339 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured using full and open competition via the System for Award (SAM) website, with two offers received. General Atomics, San Diego, California, is awarded a $41,572,260 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001925F0028) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0014). This order provides for the advancement of the design of the future French carrier configuration of the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System and advanced arresting gear through the preliminary design review. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (91%); Lakehurst, New Jersey (5.6%); and Tupelo, Mississippi (3.5%), and is expected to be completed in January 2026. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $41,572,260 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. TRU Simulation + Training Inc., Lutz, Florida, is awarded a $39,961,777 modification (P00003) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N6134024C0009). This modification exercises options for the procurement of three retrofit unit training devices, and four T-54A operational flight trainers and brief/debrief systems devices, as well as applicable technical documentation in support of the Multi-Engine Training System Ground Based Training Systems for the Navy. Work will be performed in Lutz, Florida (90%); and Corpus Christi, Texas (10%), and expected to be completed January 2027. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $39,961,777 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire and the end of the current fiscal year. The contract being modified was competed on a full and open basis with two offers received. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $31,165,090 modification (P00059) to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001920D0008). This modification increases the contract ceiling to procure long lead hardware for recertification and modernization of 257 Tomahawk Block IV All-Up-Round Missiles, to include 218 for the Navy and 39 for Foreign Military Sales customers in support of enabling the missiles to be operational for up to an additional 15 years of service. Additionally, this modification procures 24 Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) missile vertical launch systems and 11 MST missile capsule launch systems for the Navy, as well as provides non-recurring engineering in support of the MST missile transition to production. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California (43%); Tucson, Arizona (31.9%); Pontiac, Michigan (19.5%); Los Alamitos, California (3.2%); and Chandler, Arizona (2.4%), and is expected to be completed in November 2026. No funds will be obligated at the time of award, funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. The contract being modified was not competed. Seafix Inc., Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, is awarded a $24,000,000 hybrid, firm-fixed-price, cost, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Navy Afloat maintenance services II. This contract provides for preventive and corrective maintenance for Navy Improved Lighterage Systems aboard Military Sealift Command ships supporting the USMC Maritime Prepositioning Forces (MPF) outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS); and ashore at various OCONUS locations; and Blount Island Command (BIC), Jacksonville, Florida. Work will be performed primarily aboard MPF Ships, at BIC, and at other OCONUS locations as required. The expected completion date is Jan. 14, 2030. This contract includes one option for transition that will not be exercised as the award is to the incumbent. No funds will be obligated for this contract, and the appropriate fiscal Navy operation and maintenance funds will be obligated at time of award for all subsequent task orders. These funds will not expire during the duration of the task order. This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov website with one proposal received. Detyens Shipyards Inc.,* North Charleston, South Carolina, is awarded an $18,690,259 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220525C4132) for a 131-calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of Military Sealift Command's fleet replenishment oiler USNS Patuxent (T-AO 201). This contract includes a base work package and four unexercised options for additional work and time which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of this contract to $19,162,027. Work will be performed in North Charleston, South Carolina, beginning March 22, 2025, and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2025. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $18,690,259 are obligated for fiscal 2025 and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Defense Maritime Solutions Inc., Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $12,613,506 modification to exercise Option Year Two of a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N55236-23-D-0002) in support of the original equipment manufacturer for the Littoral Combat Ships Independence variant for waterjets, shafts, and seals. The overall total contract value ceiling remains unchanged at $60,582,873. Work will be performed at Mayport, Florida (40%); San Diego, California (40%); and various locations that will be determined at the delivery order level (20%). No funds will be obligated at the time of award of contract modification, funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $9,021,708 modification (P00002) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001924F0252) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0006). This modification exercises options to provide integrated logistics support for calendar year 2025 in support of the Classic and Super Hornet aircraft for the government of Kuwait. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (90%); and Fort Walton Beach, Florida (10%), and is expected to be completed December 2025. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $9,021,708 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Arizona Industries for the Blind,* Phoenix, Arizona, has been awarded a maximum $10,441,374 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for warehousing, storage, logistics, and distribution functions. This is a two-year base contract with three one-year option periods. The ordering period end date is Dec. 31, 2026. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2027 defense working capital funds.
