Presentations

Evan Brown and Stephanie Wilson, both from CIPD, presented "Designing Efficient and Adaptable Online Course Structures: A Practical Approach for Diverse Learning Environments" at the Illinois Online Higher Education Symposium.

Anthony Piña, CIPD, presented "What Administrators and Faculty Need to Know to Lead and Maximize Impact of Online Education" at the Illinois Online Higher Education Symposium.

Liv Stone, ANT, was featured the Anarchist Essays podcast, episode #111, through Loughborough University's Anarchism Research Group (ARG).

Publications

Anthony Piña, Steve Travers, Stephanie Wilson, and Allison Hauser, all from CIPD, published a chapter titled "Learning Management Systems Features that Guide Instructional Design" in The Sage Handbook of Higher Education Instructional Design.

Kelly Reddy-Best, TEC, published "LGBTQ+ Communities, Fashion, Style, and Dress: A Scoping Review" in the Journal of Homosexuality, January 2026.
Janice Jayes, HIS, published "The Venezuelan Crisis: Product Placement for the Wars at Home" in Public i.
Allison Nguyen, PSY, co-authored a journal paper titled "Texted Word Choices Affect Instructor Perception" in Language@Internet.
John Sedbrook, BSC, and Nicholas Heller, AGR, co-authored an article titled "Creating a new oilseed crop, pennycress, by combining key domestication traits using CRISPR genome editing" in Nature Plants.
