Intellum today launched Evolve MCP, which connects Evolve to the AI assistant your team already uses, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Course authors describe what they want, and the assistant does the work directly in Evolve.
Evolve MCP works on the same pieces an author sees in the editor: pages, sections, individual elements, themes, translations, and course logic. That means it can change the courses you already have, as well as build new ones. Every change is updated in Evolve, where authors review and edit as they always have.
Work that used to mean opening course after course now starts with one request.
When a product name changes, a policy gets revised, or the brand gets a refresh, someone used to open every affected course and fix each one by hand. Now you describe the change once, and Evolve MCP updates every course that needs it, changing only what you asked for. Anything an author can change in the editor, from text and layout to themes and course settings, you can ask for.
One request renames a product across three courses. Each course shows the line that changed, and the rest of the course stays as it was.
Translated versions used to fall behind the English, and an update could wipe out fixes your translators made by hand. Now you ask your assistant to update the translated versions to match, and your translators' edits stay as they were. Evolve MCP supports 64 locales, including regional variants.
The Spanish and German versions update to match the English. Edits the translators made by hand stay in place.
Adding interactions used to mean rebuilding pages. Now you ask, and interactions like processes, hotgraphics, and branching scenarios are added to the course you already have.
Instead of starting from a blank page, the assistant asks what your learners should be able to do, lays out an outline for your approval, then builds the course page by page. It follows instructional design and accessibility best practices as it builds.
The assistant asks about learning objectives first, then builds from an outline. Accessibility best practices are applied as each page comes together.
These are a few places to start. Because Evolve MCP works on the same pieces you use in the editor, you can ask your assistant for most of what you would do by hand, such as:
Your AI assistant can only do what you can do in Evolve. Each person signs in with their own Evolve account, so every change traces back to the person who made it, and the assistant asks you to confirm before deleting a course or a translation.
Evolve MCP doesn't run an AI model of its own, so there's no Intellum model to train on your content. Course content stays in Evolve under the same data handling as content built in the editor.
Evolve MCP is available now for customers on the current version of Evolve. It works with any AI assistant that can connect to a remote MCP server.
