ADVISORY - DAUPHIN COUNTY - Shapiro Administration to Cut Ribbon on Modernized Office of State Inspector General Space at Forum Place

Department of General Services Deputy Secretary Cathy Califano and State Inspector General Michelle Henry will unveil the Office of State Inspector General's newly renovated workspace at Forum Place. The ribbon-cutting marks another major milestone for the Shapiro-Davis Administration's Space Optimization Utilization Project (SOUP), an ongoing effort to reduce leased space, improve workplace quality, and deliver significant long-term savings.

The Shapiro Administration's SOUP initiative is the Commonwealth's first comprehensive review of its real estate portfolio to improve operational efficiency. SOUP will enhance the use of state-owned properties, provide modern, flexible workspaces for employees, drive long-term efficient use of real estate, and deliver more centralized, convenient service centers for taxpayers.
