The community has one more chance to provide input on Connecting Aurora, the city's first-ever multimodal transportation master plan, before it is presented to the City Council.
From Oct. 7 to 20, visit EngageAurora.org/ConnectingAurora to explore our online map, review our list of projects, programs and policies, and provide general feedback via a short survey.

A virtual town hall will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, on Zoom for the community to hear more about the proposed projects, programs and policies, answer questions and offer input. Register in advance at Bit.ly/ConnectingAuroraTownHall.
In addition, the project team will be available in person to talk with residents and answer questions informally anytime during a special office hours event from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, in the Aurora Room.
From Jan. 8 to 29, a draft of the final plan will be available for review online at EngageAurora.org/ConnectingAurora and in a printed format at all Aurora public libraries and the Aurora Center for Active Adults, 30 Del Mar Circle. The City Council will consider the plan for adoption starting in March.
The Connecting Aurora plan proposes improvements that make traveling in Aurora safer and more convenient for everyone who walks, rolls, bikes, drives or takes transit. Developing such a massive and impactful plan is not possible without help from the community, and the feedback shared with us since early 2024 has been invaluable in shaping the future of transportation in Aurora.
This plan, which will connect our natural and built environments with pedestrian-friendly multimodal networks, aligns with the city's healthy community strategic outcome.
