M-81, M-138, M-142 sign upgrades begin May 11 in Huron, Tuscola counties

SAGINAW, Mich. -The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing approximately $875,000 to replace more than 2,000 signs on 94 miles of M-81 and M-138 in Tuscola County and M-142 in Huron County.
