People Powers Award Winner: Caleb Hefti

Congratulations to Supervisor, Grants and Compliance Caleb Hefti for earning Dairyland's December People Powers award. Caleb was nominated by Vice President, Generation Jeremy Browning and Intern, Grants Hayden Hoffman.

In their nominations, Jeremy and Hayden highlight Caleb's leadership and commitment to safety. Jeremy noted how Caleb and his team were able to prepare and submit a grant application on a short deadline. "The grant was submitted on time with quality due to Caleb's leadership and structure that treated the process as a project," Jeremy shared.

Hayden recognized Caleb's leadership by sharing how his "ability to unite people and create a cohesive, high-performing team is a testament to his dedication and ability to lead by example." He also noted how Caleb has successfully balanced the transition into his new role while still supporting some of his previous responsibilities, prioritizes safety at work and at home - "ensuring that it is always at the forefront over everything we do," and consistently represents Dairyland's People Powers in his everyday work.
