Along with the Russian leader, attendees will include President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko Lukashenko AlexanderPresident of Belarus , Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan Pashinyan NikolPrime Minister of the Republic of Armenia , Prime Minister of the Federative Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed Ahmed AbiyPrime Minister of Ethiopia , and Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, as well as representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Niger, and several relevant organisations.
Following his address, Vladimir Putin will hold meetings with several heads of foreign delegations.
