Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Tucker’s Farm in its Capitalization of The Badlands Security Company
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Tucker's Farm Corporation (Tucker's Farm) in its capitalization of The Badlands Security Company (Badlands) and concurrent platform acquisition of one of the largest family-owned locksmiths in the United States.
Founded in 1994 as a small goat dairy, Tucker's Farm is a value-oriented holding vehicle that has grown into a family of companies across industries and geographies. Badlands is a new holding company subsidiary of Tucker's Farm that is intent on growing in the tech-enabled access-control space. Read the release here.
