Kirkland Advises Stone Point Credit on Providing Private Credit Acquisition Financing

Kirkland & Ellis advised Stone Point Credit on providing a private credit acquisition financing to a company in the senior living industry in support of certain near-term acquisitions and a strategic expansion of their operations. Stone Point Credit led and provided 100% of the credit facility, which represents one among a series of private credit financings led by Stone Point Credit. The transaction follows a series of lender side private credit matters that Kirkland has been engaged to lead.
