UTMB Health named one of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals

The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) has been named one of America's Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals 2026 by Forbes, earning the recognition for the second consecutive year.

The list recognizes organizations that foster supportive environments for healthcare employees. Compiled by Forbes and Statista, it is based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. healthcare professionals and more than 1 million employer evaluations collected over a three-year period.

The rankings are based on feedback from healthcare professionals about their current and former employers, as well as input from others familiar with the organizations being evaluated.
