Imports of cheese will remain strong, with the EU being the major supplier. Exports of butter and skim milk powder will increase insignificantly in 2026, following the restoration of EU market access. Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure and the mobilization of workers remain the main risk factors for both milk producers and dairy processors.
