Victor Luk

Victor serves as Manager of Environmental and Markets Analytics for Clean Fuels Alliance America.

Before joining Clean Fuels, he worked as a Lifecycle Assessment Specialist at Renewable Energy Group and Chevron, where he modeled carbon intensity data and managed fuel pathways for biomass-based diesel.

A Georgia native, Victor earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Michigan. He brings a wide expertise in data analysis, regulatory compliance and environmental science to support the clean fuels industry.
