  • Seven members of the council must be involved in the tourist industry and have demonstrated an interest in tourist development, of which three shall be owners or operators of motels, hotels, recreation vehicle parks or other tourist accommodations in the County and subject to tax.
  • The Vice Chair of the BCC acting as an ex-officio non-voting member (pursuant to TDC bylaws).

All members of the Tourist Development Council must be electors of the county. The members of the council serve for staggered terms of four years.

Applications are due by 3 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025. The application can be found at www.pinellas.gov/boards.
