Sustainable Mobility Plan

Sustainable Mobility Plan

The City of Vista is developing a Sustainable Mobility Plan (SMP) to establish a comprehensive vision for improving mobility throughout the city by creating safer, more connected, and more accessible transportation options for residents of all ages and abilities. The SMP will identify barriers to mobility and develop strategies that improve access to schools, jobs, transit, parks, commercial areas, and other key destinations while reducing reliance on single-occupancy vehicle travel.

The SMP will be grounded in the existing conditions analysis and the needs of the community as expressed through various public outreach platforms. Through these platforms, the project team will inform community members of the goals, objectives, and outcomes of the plan, and solicit feedback on key deliverables.

Please join us for our first workshop which will be open-house style with in-person and virtual options.
