Fire & Vine Hospitality Elevates its Loyalty Program with Oracle Cloud

Fire & Vine Hospitality has adopted Oracle CrowdTwist loyalty and engagement to help cater to the individual preferences of its Revelers Club loyalty program members. By leveraging CrowdTwist's API-driven platform, Fire & Vine has integrated loyalty and engagement data across its reservation system, events platform, and email lists. With a consistent and accurate view of its customers, Fire & Vine is now able to offer more targeted and personalized offers that reward and honor guest loyalty at its 11 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the iconic steakhouse, El Gaucho.

With comprehensive customer profiles, it can not only recognize and reward customers for specific menu selections, but also expand engagement with exclusive wine and bourbon tastings, and enable cross-promotional opportunities with other restaurants and hotels.

The company also plans to create personalized loyalty programs for employee accounts, offering dining credits and incentives for long-serving staff.
