Seefried Properties Starts Huntersville Spec Project with Eye on 2025 Completion

Seefried Industrial Properties has started site work on Huntersville 77 Logistics Center, a 197,206-square-foot speculative development located at 12021 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road in Huntersville, North Carolina. The project represents Seefried's first speculative development in the Charlotte region.
The facility was designed with 36-foot clear heights, 42 dock doors, two drive-in doors, a 140-foot truck court and 186 parking spaces. It can accommodate tenants ranging from 56,160 square feet to full-building users.
