Crowell & Moring Advises Cure Ventures in Series A Financing of Tortugas Neuroscience
Boston - April 21 , 2026 : Crowell & Moring advised founding investor Cure Ventures in the Series A financing of Tortugas Neuroscience , a neurology-focused biotech company .
Cure Ventures co-led the Series A round in part nership with The Column Group and AN Venture Partners . Proceeds from the financing will support Tortugas' ongoing research and development initiatives regarding new and m ajor n eurology and n europsychiatric d isorders , including the completion of Phase 2 clinical trials for its two lead candidates.
The financing transaction was led by partner Kurt Machemer (Boston) .
