Eileen Heitzler and Steffi Chan Recognized by The Bond Buyer for Municipal Finance Excellence
The Bond Buyer recently recognized Orrick's Eileen Heitzler and Steffi Chan for their excellence in the municipal finance industry.
- Eileen was inducted into The Bond Buyer's Muni Hall of Fame in recognition of her leadership, innovation and lasting impact on the industry. Her contributions include serving as special counsel for the Federal Reserve's municipal liquidity facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, working on affordable housing financing and supporting iconic New York City cultural institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art and the American Museum of Natural History.
- Steffi was named a 2025 Rising Star in recognition of outstanding municipal finance professionals under 40 who are shaping the future of the industry. She continues the firm's tradition of excellence and joins a distinguished group of Orrick lawyers as the firm's tenth consecutive honoree in the publication's Rising Star series.
