Mayor Arceneaux Condemns Violent Incident in Downtown Shreveport
Mayor Tom Arceneaux strongly condemns the violent altercation that occurred early Saturday morning at the intersection of Spring and Texas Streets.
"This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in our city," Mayor Arceneaux said.
