The Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) is proud to announce its sponsorship of the upcoming Women & Money Conference hosted by the Kansas Financial Empowerment Foundation and the Kansas State Treasurer.

The 2nd Annual Women & Money Conference is being held on November 6, 2025, from 8:00am-4:00pm at Exploration Place in Wichita, KS. This daylong event is dedicated to empowering and educating women interested in unlocking their financial future. Whether you're looking to save more, get out of debt, or even start your own business, this event has something for everyone.

The event's Keynote Speaker is NBC's TODAY Show financial editor, Jean Chatzky. Jean is a journalist, personal finance columnist, AARP's personal finance ambassador, author, motivational speaker, and founder and CEO of the multimedia company HerMoney. Jean has won many awards over her career including the Betty Furness Consumer Media Service Award for her nearly two decades of pioneering personal finance education.

Admission to the conference is complimentary but seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and a detailed itinerary of the day's events please visit: Women And Money Kansas. Register today to secure your spot.

Educating Kansas consumers is an important part of the mission of the OSBC, and we are very proud to be a gold sponsor of the Women & Money Conference again this year. This event will bring hundreds of women together to learn about financial empowerment and how it is never too late or too early to get started.

The OSBC's sponsorship was funded by fines imposed and collected from non-depository regulated institutions, or settlements reached with companies within the jurisdiction of the OSBC. No taxpayer monies or bank assessment funds are used.
