PT TIMAH Tbk Supports Improvement of Tanjung Ratu Cemetery Facilities, Demonstrating Commitment to Community Social Infrastructure

BANGKA - As a form of social responsibility to communities within its operational areas, PT TIMAH Tbk continues to provide support for the development of public infrastructure. This time, PT TIMAH Tbk delivered assistance to the Cemetery Development Committee of Tanjung Ratu Hamlet, Rebo Village, Bangka Regency.

The assistance aims to enhance the comfort and adequacy of cemetery facilities, which are essential social needs for the community.

Wisam, Chair of the Tanjung Ratu Cemetery Development Committee, said that the support from PT TIMAH Tbk would be used to improve cemetery infrastructure, including the installation of electricity meters, lighting, water pumps, and other necessary equipment.

"The cemetery in Tanjung Ratu still lacks proper equipment, so with this support from PT TIMAH Tbk, we can add the necessary facilities. This will definitely improve the safety and comfort of the Tanjung Ratu Cemetery, especially with the installation of lights," he said.

Wisam also mentioned that the community appreciates PT TIMAH Tbk's support in improving the cemetery's infrastructure, making the area more comfortable and secure for the public.
