November 17th, 2025: The Week Ahead
WASHINGTON - This week, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee will convene for one nomination hearing, one business meeting, and one full committee hearing.
1. Nominations Hearing: Tammy Bruce to be deputy representative to the UN, and Daryl Nirenberg to be ambassador to Romania, more nominees to be added.

Witnesses include: Lauren Dickey, former Taiwan advisor to the Department of War, Rush Doshi, director of the China Strategic Initiative at the Council on Foreign Relations, and Bonnie Glaser, director of the Indo-Pacific program at the German Marshall Fund.
