Notice of Final Finding & Decision
Section Line Easement Vacation
EV 3-397
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FFD) for the vacation of section line easements. This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-397 approved on October 10, 2025. The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate portions of the two 33-foot wide section line easements (SLE) lying on each side of the section line common to Sections 25 & 26, within Lot 9, Block 15, Enchanted Forest Subdivision, Plat No. 71-50, Palmer Recording District (PRD). This action falls within the W½SW¼ of Section 25 and the E½SE¼ of Section 26, T18N, R3W, S.M., Alaska as depicted on Attachment A. The proposed vacation has been reviewed by Borough and has been deemed acceptable. Please see the Final Finding & Decision for full details.
EV 3-397 Preliminary Decision was publicly noticed from October 10, 2025 through November 11, 2025.
