This is with reference to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/26 February 27, 2025, in respect of Regulatory framework for Specialized Investment Funds (SIF).<_o3a_p>

As per communication received from BANDHAN AMC, Members are hereby informed that BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND_SIF has been activated on BSE StAR MF Platform with effect from January 07, 2026.<_o3a_p>

Also, transactions of NRI and Minor clients can be accepted under BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND_SIF schemes through BSE StAR MF platform.<_o3a_p>

Provided below the list of countries for non-acceptance of NRI applications from the investors belonging to said countries.<_o3a_p>

As per the clarifications received from BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND, detailed process on transaction acceptance under Specialized Investment Funds (SIF) on BSE StAR MF platform is provided in Annexure III.<_o3a_p>
