(1)	Mr. Wong became a Reporting Person of the Issuer as of October 1, 2022.
(2)	Shares owned by Borneo Resources Ltd., a 10% or greater owner of the Company, and for which Mr. Wong has a 100% ownership stake. Mr. Wong disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
(3)	Shares issued upon the conversion of Promissory Notes issued by the Issuer to the Mr. Wong as part of compensation for a business acquisition.
(4)	Shares owned by BW Capital Ventures LLC, a 10% or greater owner of the Company, and for which Mr. Wong has a 50% ownership as of 3/10/25, and 65.25% ownership as of 7/1/25. Mr. Wong disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
(5)	Borneo Resources Limited transferred shares to BW Capital Ventures LLC, where Mr. Wong has an interest.
