Proposed Revisions to the Local Rules

The proposed revisions to the Local Rules are now ready for public comment. Public comments are due by Thursday, November 20, 2025. Please submit your comments to Clerk of Court Monica Bigley, [email protected], and copy Jennifer Lyons, [email protected], with a subject line indicating that your email is regarding a proposed local rule.
Below are three documents to assist you in understanding the proposed changes:
(1) a summary sheet with an explanation of all the proposed changes;
(2) a redline comparing the proposed changes to the current text for the Local Rules and Local Form 8; and
(3) a clean copy of the proposed revisions to the Local Rules and Local Form 8.
