Runaway June's Natalie Stovall Welcomes Baby No. 1: 'Absolute Perfection'

Natalie Stovall is a mom!

The Runaway June artist and member of Keith Urban 's touring band welcomed Baby No. 1 with husband James Bavendam. Stovall and Bavendam announced on Instagram on Friday evening (August 21) that daughter Norah James Bavendam was born at 1:47 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, at 6 pounds and 9 ounces. Stovall wrote in the caption of the couple's shared Instagram announcement that her newborn daughter is "absolute perfection." See the post here.

Stovall announced her pregnancy earlier this spring. The country star wrote in an Instagram caption at the time: "Can't even begin to describe our excitement. We've been married almost 18 years and have been wanting to start a family for so very long. Years of trying, 3 failed IVF rounds, multiple docs saying it 'probably wasn't gonna happen' and then BAM! Found out we were pregnant. Can't wait to meet this little human at the end of the summer!! Until then - Mamma's gonna be bumpin on stage and hosting the Opry. "

Stovall added in a statement via PEOPLE, "James and I are so excited! We've been trying for years to get this family started and then, seemingly out of the blue, it's all happening. We could not be happier and can't wait to meet this little person that keeps kicking and craving chocolate!"

Stovall - one-third of Runaway June with Jennifer Wayne and Stevie Woodward - is the latest artist in the country music community to welcome a new addition into the family. Thomas Rhett, Luke Combs, Parker McCollum, iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones and others welcomed babies earlier this year.
