Meritex Welcomes Shayne Monahan as Investment Analyst

Meritex is pleased to welcome Shayne Monahan as an Investment Analyst.

Shayne brings more than four years of real estate experience and joins Meritex from Shenehon Company, a commercial real estate and business valuation firm. During his time there as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst, he developed a strong foundation in valuing a wide range of property types, including industrial assets. His experience includes preparing detailed valuation reports and conducting in-depth research and analysis of market data, capabilities that will support informed investment decisions across the Meritex portfolio.

Shayne earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas in 2022. In his role as an Investment Analyst, he will perform financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support Meritex's investment strategy.
