CBA Recognizes 2025 Executive Banking School Graduates, Announces Tem Wooldridge Award Recipient

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) today concluded its 74thannual Executive Banking School (EBS), the premier advanced educational program for future leaders in retail banking. Bryce Buckley from Citizens was also named the 2025 Tem Wooldridge Award recipient.

CBA President and CEO Lindsey Johnson released the following statement recognizing 114 bankers who graduated:

"Congratulations to the CBA Executive Banking School Class of 2025, this year's honors graduates, and Tem Wooldridge Award recipient Bryce Buckley from Citizens.

"Graduating from EBS is no small feat: it represents three years of hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment and passion for consumer banking. These graduates have earned a credential that will shape their leadership journey and elevate the future of our industry.

"For over 70 years, CBA and our member banks have proudly invested in this one-of-a-kind immersive and intensive program, cultivating the next generation of banking executives who will carry our mission forward-driving innovation, integrity, and impact across America's top retail banks."

2025 Tem Wooldridge Award Recipient

During Tuesday's graduation ceremony, Citizens' Bryce Buckley was named the 2025 Tem Wooldridge Award recipient.

Established in 2002 to honor long-time faculty member, Tem Leslie Wooldridge, this award recognizes the top EBS student each year who demonstrates outstanding academic performance, high integrity, and a strong work ethic. In addition to academic merit, Tem Wooldridge Award recipients possess the necessary character and leadership skills to bring out the best in their teammates. Award recipients are selected by EBS faculty, with input from senior class peers.

CBA's Executive Banking School provides future bank leaders with the comprehensive, holistic perspective of retail banking required to lead effectively amidst industry shifts. EBS is centered around an engaging curriculum taught by expert industry executives. This year's program was the largest on record, featuring nearly 400 bankers from 36 various institutions.
