to the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information ("SAI"),
each dated October 31, 2025, as previously supplemented
Effective immediately, Jeffrey Sherman is removed as portfolio manager for the Funds. Effective immediately, Chris Nicholson, Vice President, serves as portfolio manager for the Funds. All references to Mr. Sherman in each Fund's Prospectus and SAI should be disregarded.
The following replaces the "Portfolio Managers" subsection of the Funds' Prospectus:
Matthew Cole, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Strive and Chris Nicholson, a Portfolio Manager of Strive, are each a co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund and are primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund. Mr. Cole has managed the Fund since its inception and Mr. Nicholson has managed the Fund since September 2026.
The following supplements the "Portfolio Managers" subsection of the "Fund Management" section of the Funds' Prospectus:
Mr. Nicholson has been with the Sub-Adviser since 2022. Prior to 2022, Mr. Nicholson was completing his PhD. He is responsible for research and product-development initiatives across Strive's ETF platform and has played a leading role in the design of several Strive funds. Mr. Nicholson received a J.D. from Yale Law School and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
