The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabic attended the opening of the first eGovernment Service Centre in the Galerija Shopping Mall and deemed that it was the state's first step away from public administration of service counters which shows that its main goal is to be of service to the citizens.
"Seven days a week, all the citizens who want to open an account on the eGovernment Portal and talk live, in direct contact with operators, or to resolve any concerns regarding the use of existing electronic services, can do so at this centre," said the National Assembly Speaker.
"We implemented this based on experience and with the support of the Government of the United Arab Emirates, with being at the service of citizens as the absolute priority, because what constitutes the quality of life in a country are salaries and pensions, roads and science and technology parks, as well the attitude of the administration towards its citizens," said Ana Brnabic.
