CMI Announces Promotions at 2025 Leadership Summit!

Abington, PA (January 11, 2025) - Continental Materials, Inc. (CMI) is pleased to announce the promotion of four key members of its sales and corporate management team. These promotions were announced at the company's 2025 Leadership Summit held recently in Orlando, Florida.

• Joe Yarbrough has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager of the Mid-South Region, which includes Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, and western Tennessee. Since joining CMI, Joe has created new opportunities for growth and has begun the process of positioning CMI as a respected roofing industry supporter in many of his market areas.
• Colin Staley has been promoted from his Regional Sales role in Central Florida to Regional Sales Manager of Florida, with full sales responsibility for CMI in the entire state. Colin has achieved great success for his customers and with CMI, which has been the catalyst for this promotion.
• Greg Kiphen has been promoted from Regional Sales Manager covering Arizona, Nevada, and California to Western Regional Vice President, encompassing the entire western region of the US. In his five years with CMI, Greg has created new opportunities and effectively grown CMI's presence, establishing the company as a respected leader in his market areas.
• Jameson Fischer has been elevated from his position as Director of Strategic Growth to the position of Executive Vice President - Strategic Growth. He joins the CMI Senior Leadership Team and will participate in all business management and strategic planning for current business and CMI's future growth.
