FPSC to Hold Virtual Customer Meetings for Sunshine Water Services

The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold three virtual customer meetings to receive public comment from customers of Sunshine Water Services Company d/b/a Sunshine Water Services (Sunshine) regarding the company's request to adjust its wastewater rates in Pinellas County. Sunshine provides potable water and wastewater services to more than 35,000 water customers and 30,000 wastewater customers across 10 Florida counties.

Sunshine filed its petition with the FPSC on November 10, 2025. The meetings will provide customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate adjustment and the utility's quality of service. Customer feedback is an important part of the Commission's review process and will be carefully considered before any final decision is made.
