UNF gearing up to ‘Fuel the Future’ during its largest single‑day fundraising event

The University of North Florida is revving up for its eighth annual Giving Day on Wednesday, April 8, with a bold goal of crossing the finish line with 4,750 donors, the largest target in the event's history.

This year's Giving Day embraces a high-energy racing theme, rallying Ospreys everywhere to help "Fuel the Future" by supporting transformative programs that accelerate student success and drive UNF forward. Every gift, no matter the size, adds fuel to the tank, powering scholarship opportunities, academic excellence, community impact and the continued growth of the University.

Gifts can be made through the UNF Giving Day webpage and every contribution helps push UNF closer to the finish line. Donors can steer their impact by choosing from more than 150 UNF funds supporting the areas they care about most, from colleges and departments to student organizations, Athletics, and campus-wide initiatives. Exciting challenges and matching-gift boosts will drop throughout Giving Day, allowing donors to unlock extra support and help accelerate UNF's momentum as we speed to our goal.

During last year's Giving Day, UNF set a record with 4,513 donors, contributing more than $2.4 million from students, faculty, staff, alumni, families, corporate partners and friends of the University. This year, Ospreys are encouraged to join the excitement once again as the community races toward another historic finish.
