This free community event will bring together housing specialists, community organizations, and City departments to provide information and resources related to housing, tenant protections, and preparing for homeownership.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in two educational sessions taking place concurrently, allowing residents to attend the session that best fits their interests and needs:

The Housing Summit is designed to help residents better understand their housing rights, access assistance programs available for renters, homeowners, and those looking to purchase a home, and learn practical strategies for navigating today's housing market. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with specialists and organizations offering support for individuals seeking housing resources.
"Housing policies and regulations are evolving, and it is essential that our community has access to accurate information and guidance. By bringing these partners together in one place, we hope to empower residents with knowledge and tools that can truly make a difference," said Mayor Ara Najarian.
Councilmember Elen Asatryan, Chair of the Glendale Housing Authority, emphasized the importance of ensuring residents have clear access to housing information and support.
"Access to reliable housing information and resources is more important than ever," said Housing Authority Chair Elen Asatryan. "This summit reflects the City's commitment to making sure Glendale residents understand their rights, learn about available support services, and explore opportunities for housing stability and homeownership. When we connect residents with the right resources, we strengthen our entire community."
