Greek Real Estate Partners has promoted Jenna Kronyak, M.A. to Head of Communications, placing her at the helm of all internal and external communications across the firm's platforms. In the role, Kronyak leads media relations, brand positioning, digital strategy, marketing campaigns, industry engagement and event strategy for Greek Real Estate Partners, Greek Design|Build and Greek Management, reporting directly to the firm's managing partners.
The promotion was featured in Real Estate NJ by Joshua Burd, with Managing Partners David Greek and David Weissman reflecting on Kronyak's impact since she joined the firm in 2022.
"Jenna has been a driving force behind how our firm communicates and how the market sees us," said David Greek, Managing Partner of Greek Real Estate Partners. "She built her role from the ground up, and this promotion reflects the trust she has earned across all three of our divisions. We are excited to see her continue to shape the firm's voice for years to come." However, as the article notes, her influence extends well beyond media placements: she has modernized the firm's marketing and business development infrastructure through new CRM, analytics and AI platforms while leading website launches for Greek Real Estate Partners and Greek Design|Build.
Since assuming firmwide oversight of marketing and branding in 2024, Kronyak has strengthened the firm's presence across digital, print and earned media, securing coverage in publications including Real Estate NJ, GlobeSt., Commercial Observer, NJBIZ, Bisnow and the Philadelphia Business Journal. She has also led communications around several of the firm's most significant recent transactions, including the 233,492-square-foot Maersk lease at Linden Logistics Center. Beyond the firm, she is active in the regional commercial real estate community through CREDA NJ, formerly NAIOP New Jersey, and serves on the fundraising planning board of Circulate NJ, the logistics advocacy coalition chaired by David Greek.
