Concord, N.H. - Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander - a former intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve for over a decade and a member of the House Armed Services Committee - announced the names of 25 young Granite Staters she has officially nominated to attend a United States Service Academy. These nominations include: 10 to the U.S. Naval Academy, one to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, nine to the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), and five to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Goodlander hosted a reception to honor the nominees and their families.
"One of the greatest honors of my job is to nominate remarkable young Granite Staters to our nation's Service Academies," said Congresswoman Goodlander. "At a time when our country needs principled, mission-driven leaders more than ever, these young women and men give me tremendous hope. I am grateful for their willingness to serve, and I know they will make New Hampshire and America proud."

Naval Academy
Merchant Marine Academy
West Point (U.S. Military Academy)
Air Force Academy
Congresswoman Goodlander, a member of the For Country Caucus and House Armed Services Committee who served for more than a decade in the United States Navy Reserve, is an outspoken advocate for America's servicemembers and their families.
