Town of Lloyd - 3555 Route 9W Project
Negative Declaration
Ulster County - The Town of Lloyd Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 3555 Route 9W Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Mixed-use of residential and commercial development including four buildings, each with three stories, with a combined one hundred and forty (140) residential units and 10,000 square feet ("SF") of first floor storefront/commercial space, with associated parking and landscaping, drainage facilities, along with municipal water and sewer connections. Ten percent (10%) of the proposed residential units will be designated as below-market-rate units consistent with local affordable housing requirements. The project is located at 3555 Route 9Win the Town of Highland, New York.
