Now available: UA Search Committee Self-Guided Learning Resource

UA HR Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D) is pleased to announce the UA Search Committee Self-Guided Learning Resource is now available.

In this guide, individuals will gain an understanding of the important role committee members play in identifying and selecting qualified candidates, as well as the importance of maintaining a fair and objective search process.

The Search Committee Self-Guided Learning Resource is not required; however, individuals serving on a search committee are strongly encouraged to review it. Completion is not being tracked by UA HR. If completion is required for a committee, the department or hiring authority must track it internally.
