SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 Statement From Leticia Munoz, RPNM Executive Director Today, in a VIDEO, Teresa Leger Fernandez's display of political theatre was nothing short of embarrassing for New Mexicans. She went on about her fight for women and spoke ill of President Trump. Leticia Munoz, RPNM Executive Director had this to say: Teresa Leger Fernandez dares use "sin verguenza" to speak of Republicans, she as the chair of the Democrat Women's Caucus can't even tell you what a woman is. The truth is the democrat party is in an identity crisis. The political theatre exhibited today is nothing more than an attempt to deflect Americans from the fact that Democrats are holding the Government hostage. New Mexicans need to know SNAP runs out October 1, flood insurance will not be renewed, police will not be paid. This will all happen tomorrow because the Democrats want free healthcare for illegals, $500 million for NPR and PBS, Covid subsidies, and remove portions of the One Big Beautiful Bill. The Democrats are effectively using their ransom list as an opportunity for policy change vs. voting on a clean funding extension until the next congressional session to write and debate policy. ### The Republican Party of New Mexico (RPNM) advances the ideals of individual liberties for the advancement of its citizens and the greater prosperity of our communities throughout New Mexico. Led by an Executive Board and its Chairwoman Amy Barela, RPNM serves all New Mexicans via its headquarters in Albuquerque and can be contacted at (505) 298-3662.
