Public Notice Review of the City of Cheyenne's Amendment Request for Additional Funds WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the CK Gold Project; DEQ/ISC 22-07Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on October 16, 2025 from the City of Cheyenne regarding the CK Gold Project in Laramie County. The City of Cheyenne is requesting $227,030.00 in additional funds for unmitigated impact assistance funds for a total of $953,220.00 of the captioned project. Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations, the Council will hear this amendment request at its fourth quarter meeting at 9:00 am, on November 20, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Chugwater Community Center, 311 2nd Street, Chugwater, Wyoming 82210.
