Executive Order on unified basic measures of support for participants in the special military operation

The Executive Order establishes unified basic measures of support in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to ensure a uniform approach towards providing measures of support for persons who take (took) part in the special military operation, and for other categories of persons.

The Executive Order defines specific basic measures of support that are universal for all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and names the categories of persons entitled to such support.

In addition, the Executive Order gives relevant instructions and recommendations to top officials in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
