Stafford County Government Offices Holiday Closings
Stafford offices, departments, facilities, and all courts will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, December 26, for the Christmas holiday. Stafford County Government will close again on Thursday, January 1, 2026, for New Year's Day.
Both locations of the R-Board/Regional Landfill (Eskimo Hill and Belman Road) will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24, and will be closed all day on Thursday, December 25. They will reopen on December 26. Both locations will also be closed on Thursday, January 1.
The following offices and facilities will remain open:

All outdoor parks are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
