IZEA Appoints Salwa Nahid as Vice President, Creator Strategy and Innovation

April 28, 2026

ORLANDO, Fla. (April 28, 2026) IZEA Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA), the premier provider of influencer marketing solutions for the Creator Economy, today announced the appointment of Salwa Nahid as Vice President, Creator Strategy and Innovation. The move continues the expansion of IZEA's strategic arm under the leadership of Steve Bonnell, Executive Vice President, Account Management.

Nahid brings a wealth of specialized expertise and analytical rigor to IZEA, at a time when 24% of brands are challenged with measuring campaign performance, according to IAB's 2025 Creator Economy Ad Spend & Strategy Report.

She built her career on a strong foundation in analytics within a major holding company environment, giving her a unique ability to fuse deep data insights with highly creative influencer marketing strategies.

As the second strategist appointed to this dedicated new team, Nahid will work together with Lindsey Gamble.

"We are thrilled to welcome Salwa to our growing team," said Bonnell. "Her background as a foundational strategist in the influencer space, combined with her deep roots in analytics, makes her an incredible asset to our organization. We are scaling a dynamic strategy leadership team that will help our enterprise clients drive more value from the creator economy and, importantly, measure this impact."

Prior to IZEA, Nahid held a pivotal strategic role at a well-known influencer marketing agency. She will be based in Chicago, further extending IZEA's presence in the region.
